Use this scorecard to evaluate and improve ecommerce landing pages before spending more on traffic.

Core scorecard (10 points)

Give each section one point:

  1. Headline matches ad intent.
  2. Offer is clear in first screen.
  3. CTA is visible without scrolling.
  4. Social proof appears early.
  5. Form fields are minimal.
  6. Mobile speed is acceptable.
  7. Objections are addressed.
  8. Return/refund terms are visible.
  9. Page has one primary action.
  10. Tracking events are configured.

Pages scoring under 7 should be fixed before scaling spend.

Testing cadence

Run one meaningful test at a time:

  • Headline variant
  • Offer framing
  • CTA text

Stacked experiments create noisy data and slow decision-making.

Operational rule

Publish fewer pages, but instrument each page correctly and iterate with discipline.
